The study described the perception, satisfaction and knowledge of the field staff and the usufructuary in relation to the Family Farm Program of the Land Authority. Data were collected by two questionnaires for the population of 32 usufructuaries and 4 field staff respectively. Field staff presented an indecisive perception regarding the attention provided to programs administered by the Land Authority and “Good” knowledge about the PFF, although they are unaware of what is related to the “non-payment of any of the fees”. The PC feels dissatisfied with the opportunities for professional improvement. The 63-years-old usufructuaries disagreed that the programs are being administered adequately but, fairly satisfied with the guidance received on the regulation. They mostly have poor knowledge, ignoring that “the payment of the usufruct fee is made for advanced semesters.”
