This study was an attempt to determine the experiences and knowledge of the occupational teachers of Agricultural Education of the Specialized Schools (ìEscuelas Especializadas) of Puerto Rico with the special Education Students. The descriptive survey method with the questionnaire technique was used in this study. Questionnaires containing 33 items and four parts were administrated to 18 teachers of the three specialized schools of the Agricultural Education Program of Puerto Rico Department of Education. Basically, data for this study were collected from the three Agricultural Specialized Schools of the island. At the end of the research it can be concluded that the occupational teachers have knowledge about special needs. They donít receive in-service, but they desire to receive more information and counseling about how to work with students with disabilities.
