The construction project contract documents contain all information, specification, details, quantities and others information. Typically, these documents are prepared and delivered in different files that have to be coordinated to all information concerning the project. In this research I will focus in a new project pacification method which allows developing an itinerary supported by animations that show the process considered for the construction project. The project case study is based in a school modernization under the program “Escuelas del Siglo XXI”. The construction project was located in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico near to Urb. Monte Grande. Design data, project schedule, and any information that would reveal its productivity were used. The information was evaluated in the traditional construction method and compared with the same data to contrast the method if the project had been evaluated using Building Information Modeling. This new evaluation will assess the feasibility of their uses in Constructions Industries in Puerto Rico. This project used Primavera P6 to do the preliminary construction schedule. The 3D model was prepared in two phases, the first phases focus in ArchiCAD 16 (Gábor Bojár) and the second phases synchronize the 3D model and the schedule in Synchro (“Team Synchro”). Synchro improves the traditional chart planning by simulating with the activities construction video will show a best construction sequence. This led us to set parameters on the benefits we get to bring the management of a project using Building Information Modeling.
