    The information system of technical literature is a digital database created to store information about the public-private partnerships at national and international levels. The application wants to satisfy the needs of the Public-Private Partnership Authority in the country, by giving the opportunity to have all the information of past PPP projects in one place. File Maker Pro 12 Advanced® was use as the platform for the creation of the application. This program in combination with File Maker Go® helps to easily create databases that can be used in portable devices like iPads and iPhones. The database is intended to be a fast and easy tool for searching information about the public-private partnership. For that we created different electronic windows like: search, results, documents and reports. These electronic windows allow temporary users to have access to the information they need about the public-private partnerships. The database possesses entries in Spanish and English. The information in the database was selected for their relevance to the topics and divided into five sectors which are: energy, social infrastructure, transportation, water/environment and general. After the sectors are subdivided by categories that helps make searches easier, such as: news, projects, publications, papers, definitions and among others; the database also allows the user to take the system information for their personal use through reports of searches, the entire document as “.pdf format”, recorded, sent by email or printed for the convenience of the user.
