This descriptive research was looking forward to determine the perception of science and agricultural teachers, as well as school directors in the San Germán Educational Region, and the integration of science in Agricultural Educational Programs. An adaptation of a survey designed by Gregory W. Thompson was used to collect data. After analyzing the data, it was found that teachers as well as directors agreed on the integration of science concepts into the Agricultural Education Programs. On the other hand, data also revealed that some barriers that enabled integration were; lack of funds, equipment, and courses that relate science and agriculture. They expressed that students enjoy agricultural education courses and have the impression that those courses reinforced learning in other subject matter areas when they are integrated. With this results it can be conclude that the integration of science in agricultural Education Programs help students to be more aware of the relation between science and agriculture, and will help to understand both concepts.
