    Percepción de la satisfacción de los caficultores de los pueblos de Adjuntas, Lares y Maricao respecto al uso de los métodos de enseñanza utilizados por el Servicio de Extensión Agrícola para aumentar la producción de quintales de café por cuerda

    This quantitative, correlational descriptive study sought to determine the perception of coffee growers who receive technical advice from the Agricultural Extension Service (SEA) in coffee production. The research used coffee farmers who receive SEA service from the Agricultural Agents in the towns of Adjuntas, Lares and Maricao. It was found that most of the evaluated coffee growers presented a difference in production after adapting their practices to technical advice, they also presented a perception "in agreement" that technical advice is beneficial for their company by increasing production and "completely agreement ”which is related to the needs of the company. Demographic factors did not reflect a significant correlation with the production of the coffee farmers who participated in the research. Proving that the positive result of adapting the technical advice offered by the Agricultural Agents of the Agricultural Extension Service can be obtained by all the coffee growers regardless of their age, gender, education, years of experience, farm size and legal tenure.
