Abstract
En este trabajo se presenta el desarrollo del esquema de modulación, la secuencia unificada de arranque y la construcción de un convertidor programable CC-CC de doble puente completo activo, aislado, bidireccional, con estructura de elevador, para interconectar un barraje de 48V y uno de 300V en un banco de pruebas universal. Un procesador digital de señales se encarga de proporcionar flexibilidad y facilidad de reconfiguración además de producir las secuencias de control que garantizan una correcta operación tanto en estado estacionario como en el arranque. Los resultados experimentales de un prototipo a escala validan las predicciones de las simulaciones con las modulaciones y secuencias desarrolladas.
In this work development of a modulation scheme, a unified starting sequence and construction of a programmable isolated bidirectional dual active full-bridge dc-dc converter to interconnect a 48 V dc bus and a 300V dc bus within a universal testbed are presented. Flexibility and ease of reconfiguration are provided by a digital signal processor which also produces control sequences that guarantee proper operation both in steady state and at start-up. Experimental results from a scaled prototype validate predictions by simulations with developed modulations and sequences.
