Grid technologies are changing the perspective of what we thought possible in the computing world by enabling both the aggregation of resources to solve large scale problems and the transparent access to those resources. This project report explains the development of two grid portlet interfaces, one provides a visualization interface for a radar using Google maps technology and the other a file formatting and con- version tool for the raw data of the radar. Information of weather stations also is included as part of the visualization interface. Both grid portlets were develop using the Gridsphere framework.en_US
