Power electronics is a field that has a high demand today and it also has a great importance in our technology world. Therefore, it is necessary to develop modeling and simulation tools that allow the development of system studies at different operating conditions, and time scales. This work presents the implementation of a computational method as a simulation tool for power electronics systems, which is called Equation-Free. Equation-Free is a method that allows the study of the coarse system behavior without the need to derive a coarse model, which sometimes is not possible to find in closed form. It only uses the microscopic model and it is based in a coarse time stepper and three concepts, lift, evolve and restrict. In this project, we studied application of this method to singularly perturbed systems and to some power electronic converters. Simulations results in MATLAB are presented to demonstrate the functionality of this method.en_US
