Oral history interview with Raymond Lopez Irene, March 26, 2022

Abstract

This interview is about the struggle, the challenges of a 20 year old person that had to take care of his grandparent alone during the Hurricane Maria. In this interview we can see all that he had to suffer in the hurricane, all the he had to sacrifice to take care of his grandparents and all that he had to do to get food, gasoline and signal to call his mom. Also he mention some of the justice issue that he had to suffer in the hurricane.

Esta entrevista trata sobre las luchas y los desafíos de una persona de 20 años que tuvo que cuidar por sí solo de su abuelo durante el huracán María. En esta entrevista, podemos ver todo lo que tuvo que sufrir en el huracán, todo lo que tuvo que sacrificar para cuidar a sus abuelos y todo lo que tuvo que hacer para conseguir comida, gasolina y señal para llamar a su mamá. Además, menciona algunos asuntos que tienen que ver con justicia que le provocaron sufrimientos en el huracán.
