This report presents the seismic and landslide monitoring system installation process used in the Guajataca earth dam which is located at the boundary of the municipalities of San Sebastian, Quebradillas and Camuy, Puerto Rico. Also, it introduces the project “as-built” details and the operation of these systems, including instruction of how to download the recorded data, their visualization, analysis, and the utilities of it.
